The
Government Building Owners & Lessors
Association (GBOLA) was formed in early
1994. GBOLA currently represents
landlords who lease 2,258,175 square feet of
office space and over 331,264 square feet of
warehouse space to the state of Washington,
and more than 45 sub-contractor firms who,
together with the landlords, serve the needs
of customer agencies.

Washington. When one of these
members needs to engage with, or obtain
from, a sub-contractor/vendor for
materials or services, GBOLA Associate
Members will be the companies considered

Associate Members will be included in
this guide. The Membership &
Reference Directory will specify
information about your company and its
services and/or products. Your
company's name in this directory
indicates your experience with state
agencies, direct or indirect. |

specification are now being reviewed
and rewritten. GBOLA is working
with the Division of Property
Development as they review and update
these specifications; we've recently
concluded a major rewrite of the HVAC
specifications. GBOLA will keep
you current on proposed changes and
amendments and if you're not sure how to
bid state work, as an Associate Member
of GBOLA, you'll have access to someone
that can assist you. |
